1 — Processing or handling time

Order processing time is the time we take to confirm payment and hand your order to the carrier.

_ In-stock items: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

_ Made-to-order or personalized items: 2–10 business days. Product pages will show any extended processing time for made-to-order items.

Note: Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

2 — Transit time (carrier delivery)

After processing, your order is shipped with a carrier. Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your destination.

Typical transit window (after shipment): generally 4–19 business days, depending on carrier and service level.

3 — Total delivery time (processing + transit) — our commitment

To keep expectations clear, our total delivery time (processing + transit) for most in-stock items is:

_ All destinations (standard options): 7–20 business days

For made-to-order items or product pages that list a longer processing time, the product page will include the exact expected total delivery time. If you choose an express shipping option at checkout, delivery may be faster — express delivery estimates will be shown and may fall outside the 7–20 window as noted.

4 — Shipping options & carriers

We use trusted carriers and services (Poste Maroc, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and priority postal services). Carrier choice and shipping options at checkout are based on cost, speed and destination. You’ll see the available services and prices before you pay.

5 — Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number. We email the tracking link once your package has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

6 — Duties, taxes & customs (international orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our shipping price and are non-refundable. Please check local customs policies before ordering.

7 — Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

_ Delayed: If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, contact us at araxio.bespoke@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

_ Lost: If the carrier confirms loss, we will either reship or refund the order (after carrier investigation), less any non-refundable shipping fees.

_ Damaged: Inspect the package on delivery. If items are damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us within 7 days with photos of packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

8 — Failed deliveries & returns to sender

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal or uncollected delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment fees apply and must be paid before the item is dispatched again. Refunds for returns-to-sender may be reduced by the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping fees.

9 — PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes in many countries via postal services. Couriers such as DHL/FedEx may not deliver to PO Boxes; for fastest delivery, provide a physical street address.

10 — Local pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive a confirmation when the order is ready. Pickup ID and a valid ID will be required.

11 — Returns & return shipping costs

See our Returns & Refunds page for full details. In general, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to defect or our error. Use tracked return shipping and retain the tracking number.

12 — Force majeure & carrier delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (severe weather, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, geopolitical events). We will assist to the fullest extent with carrier investigations.
